Call for Papers Overview
The Cybersecurity Research Society invites researchers, practitioners, and scholars to submit original, high-quality manuscripts for presentation at the Cyber Research Conference 2026. We welcome submissions that contribute to cybersecurity knowledge and advance the field through rigorous research and innovative solutions.
This is the second edition of our prestigious conference, building on the success of CRC 2025. We are committed to fostering collaboration between academia and industry in advancing cybersecurity research and education.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
General Format
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in English
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) with PDF version
- Length: 3,000 - 5,000 words for full research papers
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
- Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout
- Pagination: Page numbers at bottom right corner
Title Page Requirements
- Concise and informative title
- Full names and affiliations of all authors
- Email addresses for all authors
- Clearly indicate corresponding author with asterisk (*)
- Brief acknowledgments and funding sources
Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: Single paragraph, maximum 300 words
- Keywords: Up to six keywords separated by commas
Main Text Structure
- Introduction: Background, research problem, objectives, significance
- Literature Review: Relevant literature and existing research
- Methods: Research design, materials, procedures, analysis
- Results: Findings with tables and figures
- Discussion: Interpretation and implications
- Conclusion: Summary, limitations, future research
References
- Citation Style: APA (8th Edition)
- In-Text Citations: Numerical citations in square brackets [1], [2]
- Reference List: Numerical order at end of manuscript
- Include DOIs where available
Tables and Figures
- Number consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
- Provide descriptive titles and captions
- Place near first reference in text

Prepare Your Manuscript

Upload manuscript through official conference submission portal
Include Cover Letter
Explain significance, originality, and relevance of work
Disclose Conflicts
Declare any potential conflicts of interest
Peer Review
Double-blind peer review process
Receive Decision
Notification of acceptance or revision requests
Ethical Considerations
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not previously published
- Plagiarism: Similarity index above 15% will result in rejection
- Ethics: Studies with human/animal subjects require IRB approval
- Double-Blind Review: No identifying information in main document
Poster Paper Submissions
We also welcome poster paper submissions for emerging research and work-in-progress.
Poster Paper Guidelines
- Length: Maximum 4 pages
- Content: Clearly describe research questions and contributions
- Attendance: At least one author must register for conference
- Publication: Accepted posters included in Book of Abstracts
Presentation Guidelines
- Format: PowerPoint (.ppt) format
- Slides: Maximum 15 slides including cover slide
- Duration: 15 minutes for presentation
- Note: Do not read the full article aloud
Publication Opportunities
Accepted papers will be included in the Cybersecurity Research Society Conference Proceedings. Selected best papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Cybersecurity Research and Informatics.
